Our main funding focus is on the digitization of customer relationships. Willendorff Technologies was founded with the mission of making companies digitally competitive through innovative technologies in a sustainable and scalable manner. We support founders and entrepreneurs in the implementation of B2B ideas with our know-how, our contacts, dynamic experts and a corporate culture that believes in partnership and sustainability. We offer seed and growth financing to our holdings, and provide operational support in business development and sales through our international network of investors. Our goal is to leverage synergies for all portfolio companies in their early development phase through our strong focus on smart data, IoT and appliance models.

Yorck von Obernitz

Managing Director and Partner

Yorck draws on several years of management experience in the development of new products and services as well as the establishment of new companies. Before founding Willendorff, he served as director of Ifco Systems N.V. for eight years. Afterwards, Yorck was placed in charge of business development for the European branch of US-based company iCharts, Inc., focusing on expansion, sales and investor acquisition.

Partner

Wolf Christian worked for many years for Allianz Private Equity Partners and IdInvest in the area of business development and client relationship, including business development for US-FoF in the DACH region. His focus is on legal & structuring.

Kai Christian Brockstedt

Managing Partner of the Corecam Investment Group

Kai-Christian has been founding partner at the Corecam Family Offices in Switzerland/Singapore since 2010. Prior to this, he was a highly accomplished executive in the international private banking sector for many years. Kai-Christian was general manager of UBS CIS LLC, before took responsibility for the overall representation of UBS AG in Moscow, Russia.

Markus Kossendey

Partner & Willendorff Board of Advisors

Marcus Kossendey possesses over 35 years of experience in national and international trading companies. He was in the company management of P&C KG West, as well as Chairman of the Management Board of Rudolf Wöhrl AG and CEO of the Swarovski Group Start-Up Cadenzza. Marcus Kossendey has been a partner at Willendorff Technologies since 2015 and has invested in numerous technology start-ups.

Dr. jur. Matthias Schwierz

Managing Director of LKC Transaction, Munich

Dr. Schwierz looks back on more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, transaction consulting and corporate finance. Amongst other things, Dr. Schwierz acted as managing director at Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt. He is a member of several advisory boards of medium-sized companies and has been a member of the board of the Federal Association of M&A (www.bm-a.de) since 2014.

Dr. Manfred Ferber

Managing Director of Ferber & Co. GmbH, München

Dr. Manfred Ferber is the managing director of the Dr. Ferber&Partner GmbH and is one of the most experienced M&A and Corporate Finance experts in Germany. His previous positions include the Deutsche Treuhand, the Bayerische Landesbank, the World Bank and the Matuschka Group. He studied and earned his PhD in Munich.
